
Skillet Potatoes with Beef, Garlic and Cheese
These skillet potatoes with beef, garlic and cheese are a quick, well-seasoned recipe perfect for a family meal. Ingredients
- 4 potatoes cut into cubes

- 600 g beef cut into cubes

- 1 teaspoon fried garlic
- olive oil to taste for seasoning the beef
- 3 cloves chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese spread
- cheese to taste for melting
Instructions
- Place the diced potatoes in a bowl.
- Season with salt, black pepper, paprika and olive oil to taste.
- Mix very well to coat all the potato cubes with the seasoning.
- Heat oil in a skillet and add the potatoes to fry.
- Stir to distribute well and fry until the potatoes are golden.
- Remove the potatoes from the skillet, place them in another container and set aside.
- In another bowl, place the beef cut into cubes.
- Season the beef with salt, black pepper, paprika, fried garlic and olive oil to taste.
- Mix well to incorporate the seasonings into all the beef pieces.
- In the same skillet used for the potatoes, add the seasoned beef and let it fry.
- Stir occasionally until the beef is fried and reaches the desired point.
- Add the chopped garlic and cream cheese spread to the beef.
- Mix very well until the beef is coated with the cream cheese spread and garlic.
- Return the fried potatoes to the skillet and mix with the beef.
- Arrange the mixture in the skillet and cover with cheese to taste.
- Cover the skillet and let the cheese melt.
- Turn off the heat and serve the potatoes with beef and cheese while hot.

Cut the potatoes into similar-sized cubes so they fry evenly. Let the potatoes brown well before removing them from the skillet, as this helps keep their texture.
