
Chilled Fruit Dessert with Orange Cream
A refreshing dessert made with fresh fruits and a smooth orange cream. Easy to prepare, light, and perfect for warm days.

Ingredients
- 1 unit apple diced
- 1 cup grapes halved
- 1 cup strawberries sliced
- 2 units bananas sliced
- 700 ml orange juice
- 50 g sugar
- 50 g cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon butter
- oil for greasing the pan
Instructions
- Dice the apple, cut the grapes in half, slice the strawberries, and cut the bananas into rounds.
- Grease a baking dish with a little oil and spread it using a paper towel.
- Place all the cut fruits into the dish and spread them evenly.
- In a saucepan, add the orange juice, sugar, and cornstarch.
- With the heat still off, mix well until the cornstarch is completely dissolved.
- Turn on medium heat and stir constantly until the mixture thickens into a cream.
- Add the butter and stir until it completely melts into the cream.
- Pour the warm cream over the fruits in the dish.
- Gently stir with a spatula so the fruits are coated with the cream.
- Refrigerate for about 2 hours until well chilled and firm.
- Unmold and serve cold.
Notes
You can change the fruits depending on the season by adding kiwi, mango, peach, or pineapple. The colder it is served, the more refreshing it becomes.
