
Super Crispy Fried Chicken
A delicious breaded fried chicken that is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Made with seasoned chicken breast coated in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs, then fried until golden and crunchy.

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- oil for frying
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breasts by opening them into strips or sections without separating them completely.
- Season the chicken with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Place the all-purpose flour on a plate.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with a fork until well combined.
- Place the breadcrumbs on another plate.
- Coat the chicken first in the flour, covering all sides.
- Dip the chicken into the beaten eggs.
- Then coat with breadcrumbs, making sure all parts are well covered.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oil, drain excess oil, and serve.
Notes
Serve as a snack or main dish. For extra crispiness, fry in very hot oil and avoid overcrowding the pan.
