Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Cut the chicken breasts by opening them into strips or sections without separating them completely.
  • Season the chicken with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Place the all-purpose flour on a plate.
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs with a fork until well combined.
  • Place the breadcrumbs on another plate.
  • Coat the chicken first in the flour, covering all sides.
  • Dip the chicken into the beaten eggs.
  • Then coat with breadcrumbs, making sure all parts are well covered.
  • Fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the oil, drain excess oil, and serve.

Notes

Serve as a snack or main dish. For extra crispiness, fry in very hot oil and avoid overcrowding the pan.
