
Creamy Baked Cabbage
A delicious and budget-friendly creamy baked cabbage recipe, perfect as a meat substitute for everyday meals.

Ingredients
- butter
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 cabbage chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp chimichurri
- 200 g heavy cream
- 1 can corn
- 1 cup cream cheese
- cheese for topping
- oregano to taste
- potato sticks (optional)
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the onion, tomato, and bell pepper.
- Add the cabbage and season with salt, black pepper, and chimichurri.
- Cook until the cabbage softens, then set aside.
- Blend the cream, corn, and cream cheese until smooth.
- Mix the sauce with the sautéed cabbage.
- Transfer to a baking dish, top with cheese, and sprinkle oregano.
- Bake until the cheese is melted and golden.
- Finish with potato sticks on top and serve.
Notes
You can add crispy potato sticks on top for extra crunch. Adjust seasoning to your taste.
