Modo de preparo
Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the onion, tomato, and bell pepper.
Add the cabbage and season with salt, black pepper, and chimichurri.
Cook until the cabbage softens, then set aside.
Blend the cream, corn, and cream cheese until smooth.
Mix the sauce with the sautéed cabbage.
Transfer to a baking dish, top with cheese, and sprinkle oregano.
Bake until the cheese is melted and golden.
Finish with potato sticks on top and serve.
Notas
You can add crispy potato sticks on top for extra crunch. Adjust seasoning to your taste.
