Easy and Creamy Instant Noodle Lasagna

Ingredients
  

  • 240 g tomato sauce
  • 200 g heavy cream
  • 50 g grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese (requeijão)
  • 100 ml water
  • instant noodles
  • cheese for filling
  • chopped tomato
  • oregano

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix the tomato sauce, heavy cream, parmesan cheese, and cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add the water and mix well until the sauce becomes more liquid.
  • Spread a layer of sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  • Add the uncooked instant noodles on top, arranging them evenly.
  • Top with cheese and chopped tomato.
  • Add another layer of noodles and cover with the remaining sauce.
  • Finish with plenty of cheese on top and sprinkle oregano.
  • Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes or cook in the microwave for about 10 minutes.
  • Remove, slice, and serve hot.

Notes

You can use any flavor of instant noodles or plain ones. Adjust the cheese to your preference. Can be made in the oven or microwave.
