
Easy and Creamy Instant Noodle Lasagna
A unique and delicious lasagna made with instant noodles, incredibly quick to prepare and super creamy. Perfect for a fast and satisfying meal.

Ingredients
- 240 g tomato sauce
- 200 g heavy cream
- 50 g grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp cream cheese (requeijão)
- 100 ml water
- instant noodles
- cheese for filling
- chopped tomato
- oregano
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the tomato sauce, heavy cream, parmesan cheese, and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the water and mix well until the sauce becomes more liquid.
- Spread a layer of sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Add the uncooked instant noodles on top, arranging them evenly.
- Top with cheese and chopped tomato.
- Add another layer of noodles and cover with the remaining sauce.
- Finish with plenty of cheese on top and sprinkle oregano.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes or cook in the microwave for about 10 minutes.
- Remove, slice, and serve hot.

Notes
You can use any flavor of instant noodles or plain ones. Adjust the cheese to your preference. Can be made in the oven or microwave.
