
Burger with Creamy Cheese
A delicious homemade burger made with seasoned meatballs, toasted bread, and a rich creamy cheese sauce. Perfect for a family snack night.

Ingredients
- 600 g ground beef
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 1 pinch turmeric
- 200 g cheese
- 200 g heavy cream
- 4 units burger buns
- butter or margarine for the bread
- mustard to taste
- 4 slices ham
- oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt, black pepper, and turmeric.
- Mix the meat well using your hands until the seasonings are fully incorporated.
- Shape the meat into small balls and place them on a plate.
- Heat a skillet with a little oil and fry the meatballs over low heat until golden.
- Turn them to brown all sides, then remove from the skillet.
- In another pan, add the cheese and heavy cream.
- Cook over low heat until the cheese melts and forms a creamy sauce.
- Cut the burger buns in half and spread butter or margarine on them.
- Lightly toast the buns in a skillet until crispy.
- Spread mustard on the bread.
- Place one meatball on the bun.
- Add a layer of the creamy cheese sauce on top.
- Add a slice of ham over the cheese.
- Add another meatball and more cheese sauce.
- Close with the top half of the bun and press lightly before serving.
Notes
You can replace the ham with bacon or add lettuce, tomato, or onions to make the burger even more complete.
