Ingredients
  

  • butter
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 cabbage chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp chimichurri
  • 200 g heavy cream
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • cheese for topping
  • oregano to taste
  • potato sticks (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the onion, tomato, and bell pepper.
  • Add the cabbage and season with salt, black pepper, and chimichurri.
  • Cook until the cabbage softens, then set aside.
  • Blend the cream, corn, and cream cheese until smooth.
  • Mix the sauce with the sautéed cabbage.
  • Transfer to a baking dish, top with cheese, and sprinkle oregano.
  • Bake until the cheese is melted and golden.
  • Finish with potato sticks on top and serve.

Notes

You can add crispy potato sticks on top for extra crunch. Adjust seasoning to your taste.
