Modo de preparo
 

  • Place the crustless bread slices in a baking pan, fitting them tightly to cover the entire bottom.
  • Cut pieces of bread when needed to fill all empty spaces in the pan.
  • Spread the tomato sauce over the whole bread base.
  • Cover with a layer of ham.
  • Add mozzarella over the ham, covering the whole pizza well.
  • Distribute the sliced pepperoni sausage over the mozzarella.
  • Add tomato slices if desired.
  • Add the sliced onion on top, spreading it evenly.
  • Finish with olives, creamy cheese and oregano to taste.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes, until the cheese melts and the pizza is golden.
  • Remove from the oven, slice and serve hot.

Use crustless sandwich bread to make the base more even and easier to cut. Fit the pieces tightly in the pan so there are no empty spaces. The topping can be adapted with ingredients you have at home, such as chicken, corn, bacon or other cheeses. Tomato and onion are optional, but they pair very well with pepperoni sausage. Serve hot to enjoy the melted cheese.
