This chilled gelatin dessert with fruit and cream is colorful, refreshing and perfect to serve after lunch. The recipe combines strawberry and lime gelatins cut into cubes, sliced strawberries, seedless grapes and a simple cream made with sweetened condensed milk, table cream and hydrated unflavored gelatin. After chilling, it becomes firm, beautiful inside and very creamy.

Ingredientes
  

  • 50 g strawberry gelatin
  • 500 ml hot water for the strawberry gelatin
  • 50 g lime gelatin
  • 500 ml hot water for the lime gelatin
  • oil for greasing the bowls
  • 150 g strawberries cut into slices
  • 150 g grapes cut in half and seedless
  • 395 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 200 g table cream
  • 12 g unflavored gelatin hydrated according to the package

Modo de preparo
 

  • Place the strawberry gelatin in a bowl and add the hot water.
  • Mix very well with a whisk until the gelatin dissolves completely.
  • In another bowl, place the lime gelatin and add the hot water.
  • Mix very well until the lime gelatin dissolves completely.
  • Lightly grease two bowls with a little oil to make it easier to loosen the gelatins later.
  • Pour each gelatin flavor into a separate bowl and refrigerate until firm.
  • When the gelatins are firm, run a knife around the edges and cut into cubes.
  • Use a spatula to gently loosen the gelatin pieces from the bowls.
  • Transfer the strawberry and lime gelatin cubes to a large bowl.
  • Add the sliced strawberries and the halved seedless grapes.
  • Gently mix the fruit with the gelatin cubes.
  • In another bowl, add the sweetened condensed milk, table cream and hydrated unflavored gelatin.
  • Mix very well until a smooth, even cream forms.
  • Pour the cream over the fruit and gelatin cubes.
  • Mix lightly so the cream goes between the fruit and gelatin pieces.
  • Refrigerate for about 2 hours, or until the dessert is very firm.
  • Cut a slice and serve chilled.

Notas

Dissolve each gelatin very well in hot water to avoid lumps. Lightly greasing the bowls with oil helps unmold and loosen the gelatin once firm. Cut the fruit into similar sizes to make the dessert prettier and easier to serve. Use seedless grapes or remove the seeds before mixing. Chill for the necessary time until very firm before slicing.
