Creamy Grape Gelatin and Milk Dessert
This creamy grape dessert is made with gelatin dissolved in hot water, milk, sweetened condensed milk and cream. It is prepared by hand with a whisk, without a blender or mixer, then chilled until firm for a practical, cold and very flavorful dessert.

Ingredientes
- 50 g grape-flavored gelatin
- 200 ml hot water
- 500 ml room-temperature milk
- 395 g sweetened condensed milk
- 200 g cream
Modo de preparo
- Place the grape-flavored gelatin in a bowl and add the hot water.
- Stir very well until the gelatin dissolves completely and no small lumps remain.
- In another bowl, add the room-temperature milk.
- Pour the dissolved gelatin over the milk and mix well with a whisk.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk and stir again until it is fully incorporated into the mixture.
- Add the cream and keep stirring for a few minutes, until the dessert is smooth and homogeneous.
- Transfer all the mixture to a serving dish.
- Refrigerate for about 2 hours, or until well set.
- Remove from the refrigerator, cut into pieces and serve chilled.
Notas
Use very hot water to dissolve the gelatin completely before mixing it with the milk. Grape flavor works very well with the creaminess of the sweetened condensed milk and cream, but the recipe can also be made with other gelatin flavors. Stir for a few minutes with a whisk to make the mixture smooth before refrigerating.
