Modo de preparo
Slice the onions into very thin rings.
Separate the onion layers so they do not stick together.
Place the onion slices in a bowl with flour and mix well to coat them.
Transfer to another bowl and shake to remove excess flour.
Heat oil in a pan or deep skillet.
Add the onions to the hot oil and spread them out so they fry evenly.
Cook until the onions turn golden and crispy.
Remove with a slotted spoon and place in a bowl or on paper towels to drain excess oil.
Let cool slightly and serve crispy.
Notas
The thinner the onion slices, the crispier they will become. Serve as a snack or use as a topping for burgers, rice, salads, or meats.
