Modo de preparo
 

  • Cut the sweet potato into very thin slices. The thinner the slices, the crispier and drier they become.
  • Transfer all the sweet potato slices to a bowl.
  • Add the salt, black pepper and paprika.
  • Drizzle with a little olive oil.
  • Mix everything with your hands until all the slices are well seasoned.
  • Place the seasoned sweet potatoes in the air fryer basket and arrange them well so they cook evenly.
  • Set the air fryer to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  • Check whether the slices are dry and crispy. If needed, cook for a few more minutes.
  • Remove from the air fryer and serve as an appetizer, snack or side dish.

Cut the slices as thin as possible so they become crispier and drier. Spread the sweet potatoes well in the air fryer basket so they cook evenly. If needed, cook in two batches to avoid too much overlapping.
