Modo de preparo
In a bowl, add warm water, dry yeast, and sugar. Mix well until dissolved.
Add the flour gradually and mix until a smooth batter-like dough forms.
Cover the dough with plastic wrap or a cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Transfer the dough to a greased pan and spread it evenly.
Let the dough rest in the pan for another 15 minutes.
Add a layer of shredded cheese over the dough.
Spread tomato sauce evenly on top.
Add green bell pepper and shredded chicken or your preferred toppings.
Finish with more cheese, oregano, and green olives to taste.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes or until golden.
Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
