Modo de preparo
Place the ground beef in a skillet and add the eggs on top.
Season with salt, garlic powder, and black pepper to taste.
Let the beef cook for a few minutes until it begins to brown.
Add the french fries around the beef in the skillet.
Pour in the milk and add the butter to the skillet.
Sprinkle chopped herbs over the beef.
Lightly break some of the fries and spread them over the beef.
Add a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
Cover the skillet and cook until the cheese melts and the bottom is golden.
Carefully flip using a spatula and cook until the other side is golden.
Remove from the skillet, cut into pieces, and serve hot.
Notas
You can replace packaged fries with homemade fries or add bacon, onions, or corn to make the dish even more flavorful.
