Modo de preparo
Make cuts in the chicken thighs to help the seasoning penetrate.
Season the chicken with paprika, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper, mixing well.
In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter and brown the chicken on all sides.
Add the onions and chopped garlic and sauté until golden.
Prepare the sauce by mixing tomato sauce, water, salt, black pepper, and dried parsley.
Add the pre-cooked potatoes to the skillet and mix with the chicken.
Pour the sauce over the chicken and potatoes.
Cover and cook for about 10 minutes until everything is fully cooked.
Finish with fresh herbs to taste.
Serve hot with the chicken and golden potatoes.
Notas
You can lightly pre-cook the potatoes to speed up the process. Using butter together with olive oil adds extra flavor to the chicken.
