Ingredientes
  

  • 3 units potatoes, cut into small cubes
  • salt to taste
  • olive oil to taste
  • 1 unit onion, chopped
  • 3 units eggs
  • sliced or shredded cheese to taste
  • ham to taste
  • oil for sautéing

Modo de preparo
 

  • Cut the potatoes into small cubes and season them with salt and olive oil. Mix well.
  • Place the potatoes in the microwave and cook for about 7 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, sauté the chopped onion in a skillet with a little oil until lightly golden.
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs until well combined.
  • Add the beaten eggs and sautéed onion to the cooked potatoes and mix well.
  • In a skillet with a little olive oil, pour half of the mixture and spread it evenly.
  • Add a generous layer of cheese and ham on top.
  • Cover with the remaining potato mixture and gently press with a fork.
  • Cover the skillet and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes.
  • Flip the potato using a plate and cook until the other side is golden. Serve hot with melted cheese.

Notas

You can use any cheese you prefer such as mozzarella or cheddar. For extra flavor, add oregano or black pepper before serving.
