Modo de preparo
Drain the tuna well, removing all excess oil, and lightly mash it.
In a bowl, add the eggs, salt, black pepper, and oregano, and mix well.
Add the chopped tomato, onion, green onions, and parsley, and mix again.
Add the cornstarch and mix thoroughly until fully dissolved.
Add the drained tuna and mix everything until well combined.
Grease a skillet with a little oil and pour in the mixture, spreading evenly.
Cook on low heat with the lid on until the bottom is golden.
Flip the cake carefully using a plate.
Cook the other side on low heat until fully golden.
Remove from the skillet, slice, and serve.
Notas
Keep the heat low to ensure the cake cooks through evenly. You can add cheese or extra vegetables to customize the recipe.
