Grind the chicken breasts in a food processor until very fine and smooth.
Transfer to a bowl and add green onions, flour, salt, oregano, paprika, garlic powder, and soy sauce. Mix well.
Spread the mixture evenly over plastic wrap forming a rectangular layer.
Place the boiled eggs, sliced carrot, and sausages in the center.
Carefully roll it into a log shape and wrap tightly with plastic wrap, making about 15 turns to secure.
Place in a pan filled halfway with water and cook for 40 minutes.
Remove the plastic wrap carefully and return to the pan with olive oil to sear on all sides until golden.
Slice while still hot and serve immediately.
