Modo de preparo
Cut the strawberries in half and place them in a pan with water and sugar, mixing well.
Turn on medium heat and let it boil until it forms a thicker syrup.
Add the strawberry gelatin and mix until fully dissolved. Let it cool.
In another bowl, mix the heavy cream with condensed milk until smooth.
Add the hydrated unflavored gelatin and mix well.
Pour the creamy mixture into the mold, then add the strawberry mixture in the center.
Refrigerate until fully set, then unmold and serve.
