Modo de preparo
 

  • Cut the bell pepper, zucchini, potato, pumpkin, carrot, red onion, white onion and sweet potato into pieces.
  • Place all the vegetables in a large bowl and set aside.
  • In another container, add a generous amount of olive oil.
  • Add the salt, oregano, paprika and fried garlic.
  • Mix very well until a seasoned dressing forms.
  • Pour the dressing over the vegetables.
  • Mix carefully until all the vegetables are well coated with the seasoning.
  • Transfer the seasoned vegetables to the Air Fryer basket, arranging them carefully.
  • Add the garlic cloves with their peel among the vegetables.
  • Set the Air Fryer to 180 degrees for 20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  • Remove the vegetables from the Air Fryer and transfer them to a plate.
  • Finish with another drizzle of olive oil if desired and serve for lunch or dinner.

You can adapt the vegetables according to what you have at home. Cut the ingredients into similar sizes so they cook more evenly. Since the vegetables shrink a lot during cooking, do not worry if it looks like a large amount at first. Mix the seasoning well so every piece becomes flavorful. Finishing with a drizzle of olive oil after cooking is optional, but makes the dish even tastier.
