Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg chicken pieces
  • 3 units potatoes cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 pinch turmeric

Instructions
 

  • Place the chicken pieces in a bowl.
  • Add the cubed potatoes around the chicken.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and potatoes.
  • Season with salt, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and turmeric.
  • Mix everything well with your hands so the seasoning coats the chicken and potatoes evenly.
  • Place the chicken and potatoes in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook at 180°C (356°F) for about 50 minutes or until the chicken is golden and fully cooked.
  • Remove from the air fryer and serve with the roasted potatoes.

Notes

You can add other seasonings such as Italian herbs, lemon pepper, or chimichurri to enhance the flavor even more.
