Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 25 units strawberries
  • 3 cups milk
  • 395 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 5 tablespoons cornstarch
  • coconut oil to grease the pan
  • extra strawberries for decoration

Instructions
 

  • Add the strawberries to a blender.
  • Add the milk and sweetened condensed milk.
  • Add the cornstarch and blend everything until completely smooth.
  • Transfer the mixture to a saucepan.
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and becomes creamy.
  • Turn off the heat and continue stirring for a few moments to keep the cream smooth.
  • Pour the mixture while still hot into a pan greased with coconut oil.
  • Refrigerate until the dessert becomes firm.
  • Once chilled, remove the dessert from the mold.
  • Cut strawberries in half and decorate the top of the dessert.
  • Slice and serve the dessert chilled.

Notes

You can decorate with extra fresh strawberries or add white chocolate shavings to make the dessert even more special.
