
Strawberry Cream Dessert
A delicious dessert made with fresh strawberries, milk, and condensed milk. It becomes creamy, firm, and perfect to serve chilled.
Equipment
- blender
- saucepan
- mold or baking dish
- spatula
Ingredients
- 25 units strawberries
- 3 cups milk
- 395 g sweetened condensed milk
- 5 tablespoons cornstarch
- coconut oil to grease the pan
- extra strawberries for decoration
Instructions
- Add the strawberries to a blender.
- Add the milk and sweetened condensed milk.
- Add the cornstarch and blend everything until completely smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and becomes creamy.
- Turn off the heat and continue stirring for a few moments to keep the cream smooth.
- Pour the mixture while still hot into a pan greased with coconut oil.
- Refrigerate until the dessert becomes firm.
- Once chilled, remove the dessert from the mold.
- Cut strawberries in half and decorate the top of the dessert.
- Slice and serve the dessert chilled.
Notes
You can decorate with extra fresh strawberries or add white chocolate shavings to make the dessert even more special.
