Ingredients
  

  • 500 g strawberries
  • 100 ml water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 200 g strawberry gelatin
  • 200 g heavy cream
  • 100 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 50 g unflavored gelatin (hydrated)

Instructions
 

  • Cut the strawberries in half and place them in a pan with water and sugar, mixing well.
  • Turn on medium heat and let it boil until it forms a thicker syrup.
  • Add the strawberry gelatin and mix until fully dissolved. Let it cool.
  • In another bowl, mix the heavy cream with condensed milk until smooth.
  • Add the hydrated unflavored gelatin and mix well.
  • Pour the creamy mixture into the mold, then add the strawberry mixture in the center.
  • Refrigerate until fully set, then unmold and serve.
