
Easy Creamy Strawberry Dessert

Ingredients
- 500 g strawberries
- 100 ml water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 200 g strawberry gelatin
- 200 g heavy cream
- 100 g sweetened condensed milk
- 50 g unflavored gelatin (hydrated)
Instructions
- Cut the strawberries in half and place them in a pan with water and sugar, mixing well.
- Turn on medium heat and let it boil until it forms a thicker syrup.
- Add the strawberry gelatin and mix until fully dissolved. Let it cool.
- In another bowl, mix the heavy cream with condensed milk until smooth.
- Add the hydrated unflavored gelatin and mix well.
- Pour the creamy mixture into the mold, then add the strawberry mixture in the center.
- Refrigerate until fully set, then unmold and serve.
