
3-Ingredient Broccoli Burger
A quick, easy, and delicious broccoli burger recipe, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, made with just a few ingredients.

Ingredients
- 1 broccoli
- 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- salt
- cheese for filling
- olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the broccoli for about 5 minutes until very soft, then drain.
- Mash the broccoli in a bowl until it forms a paste.
- Add breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and a pinch of salt, mixing well.
- Shape portions, make a hole in the center, and add pieces of cheese, sealing well.
- Flatten into burger shapes and place in a pan with olive oil.
- Fry until golden on one side, then flip and brown the other side.
- Remove from heat and serve while hot.
