A quick, easy, and delicious broccoli burger recipe, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, made with just a few ingredients.

Modo de preparo
Cook the broccoli for about 5 minutes until very soft, then drain.
Mash the broccoli in a bowl until it forms a paste.
Add breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and a pinch of salt, mixing well.
Shape portions, make a hole in the center, and add pieces of cheese, sealing well.
Flatten into burger shapes and place in a pan with olive oil.
Fry until golden on one side, then flip and brown the other side.
Remove from heat and serve while hot.
