
Grandma’s Baked Stuffed Potatoes with Chicken
A comforting homemade recipe of mashed potatoes stuffed with flavorful chicken and melted cheese, perfect for the whole family.

Ingredients
- 1 kg potatoes
- water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 onion
- oil
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 200 ml tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- parsley (or mixed herbs)
- mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.
- Sauté the garlic and onion in oil until golden.
- Add the diced chicken and cook until fully done.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika, add tomato sauce, and cook until thickened.
- Mash the potatoes with margarine and herbs.
- Shape portions of mashed potatoes, make a hole in the center, and fill with cheese and chicken.
- Top with more cheese and bake at 200°C (392°F) for 10 minutes.

Since all ingredients are already cooked, the oven time is just to melt and brown the cheese. Serve hot.
