Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • oil
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 200 ml tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • parsley (or mixed herbs)
  • mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.
  • Sauté the garlic and onion in oil until golden.
  • Add the diced chicken and cook until fully done.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and paprika, add tomato sauce, and cook until thickened.
  • Mash the potatoes with margarine and herbs.
  • Shape portions of mashed potatoes, make a hole in the center, and fill with cheese and chicken.
  • Top with more cheese and bake at 200°C (392°F) for 10 minutes.

Notes

Since all ingredients are already cooked, the oven time is just to melt and brown the cheese. Serve hot.
