Ingredients
  

  • 200 g pasta
  • water for cooking
  • salt to taste
  • oil
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • fresh herbs to taste
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 2 cans tuna
  • 1 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain.
  • In a pan, heat oil and sauté the garlic until lightly golden.
  • Add fresh herbs and mix quickly.
  • Turn off the heat and add the white wine.
  • Turn the heat back on and add the cooked pasta.
  • Add the tuna and break it into smaller pieces.
  • Add water and mix everything well.
  • Adjust seasoning, turn off the heat, and serve hot.

Notes

Cook the pasta until al dente for the best texture. Be careful not to burn the garlic, as it can turn bitter.
