
The Most Delicious Chicken Roll in the World
A juicy and flavorful chicken roll made with finely ground chicken breast, stuffed with boiled eggs, carrots, and sausages. Simmered in water and finished in a pan for a golden, crispy exterior.

Ingredients
- 2 units chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 small bunch chopped green onions
- 5 units boiled eggs
- 1 unit sliced carrot
- 2 units sausages
- 1 drizzle olive oil for searing
- water enough to fill halfway in the pan
Instructions
- Grind the chicken breasts in a food processor until very fine and smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl and add green onions, flour, salt, oregano, paprika, garlic powder, and soy sauce. Mix well.
- Spread the mixture evenly over plastic wrap forming a rectangular layer.
- Place the boiled eggs, sliced carrot, and sausages in the center.
- Carefully roll it into a log shape and wrap tightly with plastic wrap, making about 15 turns to secure.
- Place in a pan filled halfway with water and cook for 40 minutes.
- Remove the plastic wrap carefully and return to the pan with olive oil to sear on all sides until golden.
- Slice while still hot and serve immediately.
Notes
Grind the chicken very well to achieve a smooth and uniform texture. Wrap tightly with plastic wrap (about 15 turns) to maintain its shape while cooking. Make sure it is fully cooked before searing. Serve hot for the best flavor and texture.
