Modo de preparo
In a blender, blend half of the milk, half of the bread, and half of the sugar.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend again until smooth.
Pour into a greased baking dish with butter and sugar.
Bake at 220°C (428°F) for 35–40 minutes.
Melt sugar in a pan until it forms caramel.
Add water gradually until a smooth syrup forms.
Pierce the pudding and pour the caramel over it.
Serve and enjoy.

Notas
Piercing the pudding after baking helps the caramel soak in better. Grease the pan with butter and sugar for a light caramelized base.
