
Budget Bread Pudding with 3 Ingredients
A delicious and budget-friendly bread pudding made with only 3 simple ingredients. Perfect for using up stale bread.

Ingredients
- 1 liter milk
- 4 stale French bread rolls
- 400 g sugar
- 1 cup sugar for caramel
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- In a blender, blend half of the milk, half of the bread, and half of the sugar.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend again until smooth.
- Pour into a greased baking dish with butter and sugar.
- Bake at 220°C (428°F) for 35–40 minutes.
- Melt sugar in a pan until it forms caramel.
- Add water gradually until a smooth syrup forms.
- Pierce the pudding and pour the caramel over it.
- Serve and enjoy.

Notes
Piercing the pudding after baking helps the caramel soak in better. Grease the pan with butter and sugar for a light caramelized base.
