Ingredients
  

  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • cooked shredded chicken
  • 200 g heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • cooked pasta
  • grated cheese

Instructions
 

  • Sauté the onion and garlic until golden.
  • Add the bell peppers and sauté well.
  • Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
  • Add the chicken, cream, and broth, mixing well.
  • Divide the mixture to help with layering.
  • Layer with chicken, pasta, and cheese.
  • Repeat layers and finish with cheese and oregano.
  • Cover and cook on low heat until the cheese melts and gratinates.
  • Serve hot.
