
No-Knead Homemade Bread with 1 Egg
A soft and delicious homemade bread made without kneading, using just 1 egg. A simple and practical recipe for everyday baking.

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 200 ml warm water
- 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- additional flour as needed
Instructions
- Mix the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Add the lightly beaten egg and warm water and mix well.
- Cover and let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Add the condensed milk and butter and mix.
- Add flour gradually until the dough no longer sticks to your hands.
- Roll out the dough, cut, and shape into small loaves.
- Cover and let rise again for 1 hour.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 45 minutes.
- Brush with condensed milk and serve.

Notes
The water should be warm, not hot, to avoid damaging the yeast. Condensed milk adds a slightly sweet and soft texture to the bread.
