Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 200 ml warm water
  • 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • additional flour as needed

Instructions
 

  • Mix the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  • Add the lightly beaten egg and warm water and mix well.
  • Cover and let the dough rise for 1 hour.
  • Add the condensed milk and butter and mix.
  • Add flour gradually until the dough no longer sticks to your hands.
  • Roll out the dough, cut, and shape into small loaves.
  • Cover and let rise again for 1 hour.
  • Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 45 minutes.
  • Brush with condensed milk and serve.

Notes

The water should be warm, not hot, to avoid damaging the yeast. Condensed milk adds a slightly sweet and soft texture to the bread.
