Ingredientes

Modo de preparo
Mix the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
Add the lightly beaten egg and warm water and mix well.
Cover and let the dough rise for 1 hour.
Add the condensed milk and butter and mix.
Add flour gradually until the dough no longer sticks to your hands.
Roll out the dough, cut, and shape into small loaves.
Cover and let rise again for 1 hour.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 45 minutes.
Brush with condensed milk and serve.

Notas
The water should be warm, not hot, to avoid damaging the yeast. Condensed milk adds a slightly sweet and soft texture to the bread.
