Ingredients
  

  • 1 avocado
  • 800 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 400 g heavy cream
  • 1/2 lemon (juice)
  • 25 g unflavored gelatin
  • coconut oil for greasing

Instructions
 

  • Add the chopped avocado to a blender.
  • Add the condensed milk, heavy cream, and lemon juice.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the hydrated unflavored gelatin and blend again.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased mold.
  • Refrigerate until fully set.
  • Unmold carefully and serve.

Notes

No need to add sugar, as the condensed milk already sweetens the recipe. Coconut oil adds a subtle flavor.
