
Creamy Avocado Dessert with Few Ingredients
A creamy and delicious avocado dessert made with just a few ingredients. Easy to prepare and perfect for using ripe avocados.

Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 800 g sweetened condensed milk
- 400 g heavy cream
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 25 g unflavored gelatin
- coconut oil for greasing
Instructions
- Add the chopped avocado to a blender.
- Add the condensed milk, heavy cream, and lemon juice.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add the hydrated unflavored gelatin and blend again.
- Pour the mixture into a greased mold.
- Refrigerate until fully set.
- Unmold carefully and serve.

Notes
No need to add sugar, as the condensed milk already sweetens the recipe. Coconut oil adds a subtle flavor.
