Ingredients
  

  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 500 g chicken breast
  • oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • dried parsley
  • oregano
  • red pepper flakes
  • paprika
  • black pepper
  • turmeric
  • cumin
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • fresh herbs (parsley/green onions)
  • red cabbage
  • onion
  • tomato
  • lettuce
  • tortillas
  • butter

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan, sauté the garlic, then add the chicken and cook until browned.
  • Season the chicken with salt, herbs, and spices to taste and mix well.
  • Prepare the sauce by mixing yogurt, mayonnaise, salt, paprika, cumin, and fresh herbs.
  • Assemble the tortilla with sauce, chicken, cabbage, onion, tomato, and lettuce.
  • Fold the tortilla to close it.
  • Toast in a pan with butter on both sides until golden and crispy.
  • Cut in half and serve.
