Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic
- 500 g chicken breast
- oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- dried parsley
- oregano
- red pepper flakes
- paprika
- black pepper
- turmeric
- cumin
- 1 cup yogurt
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- fresh herbs (parsley/green onions)
- red cabbage
- onion
- tomato
- lettuce
- tortillas
- butter
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan, sauté the garlic, then add the chicken and cook until browned.
- Season the chicken with salt, herbs, and spices to taste and mix well.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing yogurt, mayonnaise, salt, paprika, cumin, and fresh herbs.
- Assemble the tortilla with sauce, chicken, cabbage, onion, tomato, and lettuce.
- Fold the tortilla to close it.
- Toast in a pan with butter on both sides until golden and crispy.
- Cut in half and serve.
