Ingredients
  

  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 1 tangerine (juice)
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • salt
  • 1 carrot
  • tomato
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • white sesame seeds
  • black sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Cook the broccoli for about 3 minutes, drain, and set aside.
  • Mix the lemon juice, tangerine juice, and one teaspoon of sugar.
  • Add the carrot and cook in this mixture for 10 minutes.
  • Add more sugar and a pinch of salt, mix, and turn off the heat.
  • Mix olive oil with garlic powder to make the dressing.
  • Assemble the salad with broccoli, tomato, and carrot.
  • Season with salt, add the dressing, and finish with sesame seeds.
  • Mix everything well before serving.

Notes

Sesame seeds are optional but add extra flavor and texture. Carrots can be grated or cut into sticks.
