
Irresistible Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
- 1 broccoli
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 1 tangerine (juice)
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- salt
- 1 carrot
- tomato
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- white sesame seeds
- black sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook the broccoli for about 3 minutes, drain, and set aside.
- Mix the lemon juice, tangerine juice, and one teaspoon of sugar.
- Add the carrot and cook in this mixture for 10 minutes.
- Add more sugar and a pinch of salt, mix, and turn off the heat.
- Mix olive oil with garlic powder to make the dressing.
- Assemble the salad with broccoli, tomato, and carrot.
- Season with salt, add the dressing, and finish with sesame seeds.
- Mix everything well before serving.

Sesame seeds are optional but add extra flavor and texture. Carrots can be grated or cut into sticks.
