Modo de preparo
Cook the broccoli for about 3 minutes, drain, and set aside.
Mix the lemon juice, tangerine juice, and one teaspoon of sugar.
Add the carrot and cook in this mixture for 10 minutes.
Add more sugar and a pinch of salt, mix, and turn off the heat.
Mix olive oil with garlic powder to make the dressing.
Assemble the salad with broccoli, tomato, and carrot.
Season with salt, add the dressing, and finish with sesame seeds.
Mix everything well before serving.

Sesame seeds are optional but add extra flavor and texture. Carrots can be grated or cut into sticks.
