
Easy Juicy and Crispy Chicken Thighs
Chicken thighs that are incredibly juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside, made with a simple and delicious method.

Ingredients
- water
- 1 dessert spoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 cloves garlic
- 5 chicken thighs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- oil for frying
Instructions
- Prepare the brine by mixing water, salt, sugar, and garlic.
- Add the chicken, cover, and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Remove the chicken and dry it thoroughly with paper towels.
- Mix the flour, cornstarch, and seasonings.
- Separate part of the flour mixture. To the other part, add eggs and milk to create a batter.
- Bread the chicken by dipping it in the batter and then coating it in the dry flour.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
