Modo de preparo
Prepare the brine by mixing water, salt, sugar, and garlic.

Remove the chicken and dry it thoroughly with paper towels.
Mix the flour, cornstarch, and seasonings.
Separate part of the flour mixture. To the other part, add eggs and milk to create a batter.
Bread the chicken by dipping it in the batter and then coating it in the dry flour.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
