
Extra Crispy Fried Potatoes with a Special Trick
Super crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, these fried potatoes use a simple method that makes all the difference.

Ingredients
- 250 g potatoes
- water
- salt
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 egg
- all-purpose flour
- oil for frying
Instructions
- Cut the potatoes into cubes and soak them in water for 30 minutes.
- Drain, cover with fresh water, add salt, and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, cook for 4 minutes, then drain and transfer to cold water until cooled.
- Place the potatoes in a bag, add cornstarch, and shake until well coated.
- Dip the potatoes in beaten egg and then coat with flour.
- Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.
- Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
