Ingredients
  

  • 250 g potatoes
  • water
  • salt
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 egg
  • all-purpose flour
  • oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Cut the potatoes into cubes and soak them in water for 30 minutes.
  • Drain, cover with fresh water, add salt, and bring to a boil.
  • Once boiling, cook for 4 minutes, then drain and transfer to cold water until cooled.
  • Place the potatoes in a bag, add cornstarch, and shake until well coated.
  • Dip the potatoes in beaten egg and then coat with flour.
  • Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.
  • Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
