Modo de preparo
Cut the potatoes into cubes and soak them in water for 30 minutes.
Drain, cover with fresh water, add salt, and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, cook for 4 minutes, then drain and transfer to cold water until cooled.
Place the potatoes in a bag, add cornstarch, and shake until well coated.
Dip the potatoes in beaten egg and then coat with flour.
Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.
Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
