Modo de preparo
Heat oil in a pan, sauté the garlic, then add the chicken and cook until browned.
Season the chicken with salt, herbs, and spices to taste and mix well.
Prepare the sauce by mixing yogurt, mayonnaise, salt, paprika, cumin, and fresh herbs.
Assemble the tortilla with sauce, chicken, cabbage, onion, tomato, and lettuce.
Fold the tortilla to close it.
Toast in a pan with butter on both sides until golden and crispy.
Cut in half and serve.
