Modo de preparo
Add the chopped avocado to a blender.
Add the condensed milk, heavy cream, and lemon juice.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add the hydrated unflavored gelatin and blend again.
Pour the mixture into a greased mold.
Refrigerate until fully set.
Unmold carefully and serve.
