  • Mash the bananas well until very soft and without large pieces.
  • In a bowl, add the eggs and beat well to combine.
  • Add the mashed bananas to the beaten eggs.
  • Add the cream cheese and mix very well until a smooth batter forms.
  • Grease a skillet with butter and heat over low heat.
  • Add a portion of the batter to the skillet and spread it to form a thin pancake.
  • Cover the skillet and cook over low heat until one side is golden and the pancake sets.
  • Flip the pancake with a spatula and let the other side brown.
  • Transfer to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter.
  • Finish with honey and ground cinnamon to taste, if desired.
  • Roll or fold the pancakes and serve immediately.
