
Creamy Pasta with Potato Cream, Cheese and Bacon
This creamy pasta with potato cream is a practical, budget-friendly and very flavorful recipe for lunch or dinner. Cooked potatoes are blended with milk and cream cheese until smooth, then mixed with cooked pasta and finished with melted mozzarella cheese and crispy fried bacon on top.

- pot For cooking the potatoes.
- Large pot For cooking the pasta and mixing it with the cream.
- skillet For frying the bacon.
- blender For blending the potatoes with milk and cream cheese.
- knife For cutting the potatoes and bacon.
- cutting board For preparing the ingredients.
- colander For draining the potatoes and pasta.
- spoon or spatula For mixing the cream into the pasta.
Ingredients
- 5 small potatoes cut into small pieces
- 1 teaspoon salt for cooking the potatoes
- water to cover the potatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt for cooking the pasta
- 1 package pasta
- boiling water for cooking the pasta
- bacon cut into small pieces
- 200 ml milk
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese
- mozzarella cheese to taste
Instructions
- Cut the potatoes into small pieces so they cook faster.
- Place the potatoes in a pot, add salt and enough water to cover.
- Turn on the heat and cook until the potatoes are very soft.
- Meanwhile, bring water to a boil in another pot, add salt and the pasta.
- Cook the pasta until it reaches the desired doneness and drain.
- In a skillet, fry the bacon cut into small pieces until well browned, then set aside.
- Drain the cooked potatoes and place them in a blender.
- Add the milk and cream cheese to the potatoes in the blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the potato cream over the drained pasta in a pot.
- Mix well to coat all the pasta with the cream.
- Add mozzarella cheese on top, turn the heat to low, cover the pot and let it melt.
- Finish with the fried bacon on top.
- Turn off the heat and serve the pasta while hot.

Notes
Cut the potatoes into small pieces so they cook faster and blend more easily. If the cream becomes too thick, add a little more milk gradually until you reach the desired texture. Use low heat when melting the cheese so it does not stick to the bottom of the pot. Add the bacon at the end to keep it crispy.
