Baked Stuffed Pasta with Ground Beef

This baked stuffed pasta with ground beef is a different, beautiful and very flavorful recipe to serve for a special dinner with family or friends. The pasta is arranged in a springform pan and filled with ground beef seasoned with tomato, onion, pepper and salt. Cream, mozzarella, parmesan and oregano go on top, creating a creamy and delicious gratin layer.

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g tubular pasta
  • 500 g ground beef seasoned with tomato, onion, pepper and salt
  • 200 g cream
  • shredded mozzarella cheese to taste
  • grated parmesan cheese to taste
  • oregano to taste
  • fresh herbs to taste for finishing

Instructions
 

  • Arrange the pasta upright inside a pan, filling all the space.
  • Spread the seasoned ground beef over the pasta.
  • Press lightly so the beef enters the pasta tubes and fills the spaces well.
  • Smooth the surface, spreading the beef evenly.
  • Spread the cream over the entire surface.
  • Cover with shredded mozzarella cheese to taste.
  • Add grated parmesan cheese on top for extra flavor.
  • Finish with oregano to taste.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes, until the cheese melts and browns.
  • Remove from the oven and finish with more grated parmesan cheese on top.
  • Add fresh herbs to taste to decorate and bring freshness.
  • Unmold carefully, cut into slices and serve hot.

Notes

Use a tubular pasta so the ground beef can enter the spaces and fill the pasta well. Press the meat lightly to fill the tubes without breaking the pasta. A springform pan makes unmolding easier and creates a nicer presentation. If desired, cover the pan with aluminum foil for the first few minutes to help the cooking, then remove it at the end to brown. Serve hot to enjoy the melted cheese.
