
Banana Oat Pancake
A healthy and delicious pancake made with banana, eggs, and oats. Perfect for breakfast or an afternoon snack and ready in just a few minutes.

Ingredients
- 2 units ripe bananas
- 2 units eggs
- 4 tablespoons oats
- 1 teaspoon butter or olive oil for greasing
- ground cinnamon to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Mash the bananas well with a fork until they form a smooth puree.
- In a bowl, add the eggs and beat them well with a fork or whisk.
- Add the mashed bananas to the beaten eggs and mix well.
- Add the oats and mix until a smooth batter forms.
- Grease a skillet with butter or olive oil.
- Pour the batter into the skillet and spread it gently.
- Cover the skillet and cook until the pancake is golden on one side.
- Flip the pancake carefully and cook the other side for about 2 minutes.
- Remove from the skillet and place it on a plate.
- Sprinkle ground cinnamon on top and serve.
Notes
You can add cinnamon, honey, or fresh fruit on top. It can also be filled with cheese, shredded chicken, or peanut butter for extra flavor.
