
Creamy Chicken with Potatoes, Bacon, Ham and Cheese
This recipe turns chopped chicken, cooked potatoes, bacon, ham, mozzarella cheese and creamy cheese spread into a rich, flavorful dish that is perfect for a complete dinner. The potatoes are blended with cheese spread to make a thick cream, then mixed with golden chicken, bacon, ham and melted cheese.

Ingredients
- 3 potatoes cut into pieces
- 1 tablespoon salt for cooking the potatoes
- water to cover the potatoes
- 3 chicken breasts, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt for seasoning the chicken
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- oil or fat for frying
- 100 g chopped bacon
- 200 g cream cheese spread
- 100 g chopped ham
- 100 g chopped mozzarella cheese
- fresh parsley and green onion to taste
Instructions
- Place the potato pieces in a pot, add the salt and cover with water.
- Cook over heat until the potatoes are very soft.
- While the potatoes cook, season the chopped chicken breasts with salt, black pepper and paprika.
- Mix the chicken well to coat all pieces with the seasonings and set aside.
- Heat a skillet with oil or fat and fry the seasoned chicken until it starts to brown.
- Add the chopped bacon to the chicken and fry together until the chicken is well browned and the bacon releases its flavor.
- Turn off the heat and set the chicken with bacon aside.
- When the potatoes are cooked, drain the water.
- Place the cooked potatoes in a blender, add the cream cheese spread and blend until smooth.
- Return the skillet with the chicken to the heat and add the chopped ham and chopped mozzarella cheese.
- Mix until the cheese begins to melt and combine with the chicken.
- Add the potato and cream cheese mixture to the skillet and mix well with the chicken, bacon, ham and cheese.
- Cook for a few more minutes, stirring, until everything is creamy and hot.
- Turn off the heat, serve on a plate and finish with fresh parsley and green onion to taste.

Cook the potatoes until very soft so the cream becomes smooth in the blender. Brown the chicken before adding the bacon, as this improves both flavor and texture. If the cream becomes too thick, add small amounts of the potato cooking water or milk until it reaches the desired consistency.
